Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
ROLE PROFILE
- Support planning, setup, and daily execution of website and app content and campaigns.
- Execute and QA banners, category updates, campaign pages, and promotions using CMS tools.
- Manage promotional elements such as deep links, tagging, vouchers, and campaign calendars.
- Monitor content accuracy, product visibility, layouts, and overall digital shelf quality.
- Track performance and analytics, benchmark competitors, and suggest merchandising improvements.
- Collaborate closely with onsite, commercial, creative, CRM, and digital teams to ensure smooth go-lives.
- Pursue professional development, follow company policies, and support training and feedback when needed.
- Apply and follow MAF Retail s Human Capital corporate policies and relevant procedures and instructions.
Desired Candidate Profile
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2 3 years+ in e-commerce, merchandising, or digital content roles.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong written English and Arabic skills.
- CMS Familiarity (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento).
- Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
