Quality Operations Management

• Own and manage complete QA function (inbound to dispatch).

• Ensure adherence to defined quality standards, specifications, and shelf-life requirements.

• Drive real-time quality decisions in dynamic operational conditions.

  
  

Inbound QC & Supplier Quality

• Implement robust incoming inspection protocols (Brix, grading, defects, maturity).

• Define acceptance/rejection criteria and ensure compliance.

• Support supplier qualification, audits, and vendor performance monitoring.

E-commerce & Marketplace QA

• Ensure high-quality standards for online platforms (cut fruits, fresh packs, RTE).

• Minimize returns, complaints, and refunds through strict quality control.

• Align QA processes with high-speed fulfillment models.

B2B & Wholesale QA

• Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements (Retail, HORECA, Airlines).

• Manage bulk quality inspections and product standardization.

• Support key accounts with quality reporting and issue resolution.

Food Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 / HACCP and UAE regulations.

• Maintain FSMS, traceability systems, and audit readiness.

• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure implementation.

  
  

Customer Complaints & CAPA

• Ensure response within 24 hours and closure within 48 hours.

• Conduct RCA and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).

• Track trends and drive continuous improvement.

  
  

Process Improvement & Waste Reduction

• Drive initiatives to reduce rejections, wastage, and variability.

• Improve shelf life, yield, and process efficiency.

Team Management

• Lead and develop a team of QA inspectors.

• Conduct regular training on quality and food safety standards.

Audits & Reporting

• Manage internal and external audits.

• Publish quality dashboards and KPI reports.
