Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Spearhead full-cycle recruitment efforts for critical roles, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging diverse channels to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments, evaluating candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, proactively offering solutions and guidance throughout the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles, including technical and leadership positions.
  • Experience working within the [Industry] industry is highly preferred; knowledge of industry-specific talent pools is essential.
