Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In this Role, you'll get to:
- Support the end-to-end planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns for key markets across MENA.
- Assist in developing creative briefs, timelines, and campaign frameworks in collaboration with regional and HQ teams.
- Coordinate and manage campaign assets across digital, CRM, social media, and partnership channels.
- Localize global marketing campaigns to ensure cultural, linguistic, and market relevance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including brand, performance, CRM, PR, and content to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Work with external agencies, media partners, and influencers to execute regional initiatives.
- Track, measure, and report on key campaign KPIs, providing post-campaign analysis and learnings.
- Use data and insights to refine audience targeting, channel mix, and creative effectiveness.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior across the MENA region.
- Contribute to developing localized strategies that strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing, preferably within the travel or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of the local travel market landscape and competitors.
- Proven success in campaign planning and execution with measurable growth results.
- A creative thinker with a hands-on, get-it-done mindset.
- Able to multitask and pay strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Results-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently while adapting quickly to changing situations.
- Good understanding of technology and web trends.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and standard graphic or animation programs is an advantage.
