Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Establish PMO standards, templates, and governance for schedule, scope, cost, risk, and benefits management.
  • Consolidate portfolio/program status, RAID logs, and KPIs; drive cadence for steering committees and reporting.
  • Facilitate resource and capacity planning; ensure alignment to strategic priorities.
  • Coach project managers; conduct quality reviews and stage gates; manage change control.
  • Implement PMO tooling (e.g., MS Project/Planner, PPM platforms, Power BI) and continuous improvement.

  • Comfortable supporting a demanding and dynamic team.
  • Confident talking to stakeholders over the telephone and via email communications.
  • Proficient in relevant software packages and applications.
  • Able to build and maintain good relationships with internal teams and external contacts.
  • Has experience in working with databases.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.

Desired Candidate Profile

Fluent German (is a MUST) and English.
