Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You ll be responsible for:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and identify qualified suppliers to support project needs.
  • Supplier Management: Evaluate, prequalify, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Contract Negotiation & Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts ensuring legal compliance and favorable terms.
  • Procurement Operations: Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to procurement policies and maintain accurate records and audit trails.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead procurement teams and coordinate with stakeholders to align procurement with project schedules.

You ll need to have:

  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
  • Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing procurement for large-scale projects.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.

Desired Candidate Profile
