The Job in a Nutshell
As an Associate Product Manager for Foodics Online, you will play a vital role in the development and management of our product. You will work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life, improve existing products, and help drive the company's success. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within the field of product management.
What You Will Do
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps and development plans.
- Work closely with design, engineering & QA teams to ensure the successful execution of product features.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Analyze user feedback and data to make data-driven product decisions.
- Elicit and document product requirements from various stakeholders.
- Define user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and customer support.
- Provide regular updates on project status and key milestones.
- Track and analyze product metrics to evaluate product performance.
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notes.
What Are We Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in a Product Management role preferably in a B2B enterprise SaaS environment or relevant field
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about a product, product management methodology and its positioning in the market.
- Strong ability to present ideas and information in influential and compelling ways.
- Ability to develop business relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies to facilitate efficient product development.
- Must have strong and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic is a must. Other European languages are an advantage.
- Willing to travel within and outside the assigned area.
- Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

- Previous experience in online ordering applications.
- Familiarity with web and mobile technologies.
- Understanding international markets and cultural nuances in online ordering to support global expansion efforts.
