Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will contribute to teaching, direct clinical supervision, and scholarly activities within the Undergraduate Nursing Program, the Master's Program in Critical Care Nursing Practice, and other academic offerings.
The candidate is expected to hold a current license that enables practice as a specialized ICU nurse, in order to support the development of advanced clinical skills in our students while maintaining active practice in their specialty.
Desired Candidate Profile
The Department of Nursing at the University of Sharjah is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Professor in Critical Care Nursing, preferably practicing as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Critical Care Nursing, or alternatively with strong recent clinical experience in a Critical Care Unit, to join our faculty in the Fall semester of the academic year 2026/2027.
