Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Resolve buy-ability defects and ensure vendors' items are live and optimized on the platform.
Identify and prospect new vendors through cold outreach, events, and market research.
Manage business transactions with tier 2 and 3 vendors at scale across multiple countries.
Drive selection expansion and improve vendor business terms to support growth.
Own vendor communication via calls and emails to enhance long-term self-sufficiency.
Source and execute promotional opportunities, including deals and sponsored ads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve vendor management processes.
Ensure high product availability through proactive problem-solving and follow-up.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
1 3 years of experience in account management, retail operations, or e-commerce.
Strong understanding of e-commerce and retail marketplace dynamics.
Experience working with vendor/seller accounts is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a strong customer-obsessed mindset.
