Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Tasks:

Investor Engagement and Relationship Management

  • Identify and develop a comprehensive database of institutional and local and regional investor (pension funds, sovereigns, DFIs, family offices, UHNWI, etc.)
  • Develop and execute an investor engagement and communication plan aligned with Tanmia s fundraising strategy.
  • Conduct regular meetings with with existing and prospective investors to present fund opportunities, market insights, and research findings.
  • Manage investor due diligence processes, including responding to DDQs, RFPs, and audit-related requests.

Fund Raising and Capital Development

  • Support the Investment Team in fundraising strategy development and pipeline management.
  • Build and manage a CRM system to track investor interactions, leads, and commitments.
  • Coordinate and execute roadshows, investor events, and market outreach campaigns to raise capital for new funds and investment vehicles.
  • Collaborate closely with the product development and investment teams to shape new fund concepts and structure offerings based on investor demand.

Market Intelligence and Reporting

  • Gather and analyze investor feedback and market intelligence to refine product positioning and fundraising strategies.
  • Support the preparation of investor reports, performance updates, and marketing materials.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends and align it with Tanmia s product development and strategic positioning
  • Conduct market sounding and liaise with product development to refine product concepts.
  • Report periodically to investors on fund progress.

Desired Candidate Profile

Objective:

The role will play a central role in building and maintaining strong relationships with investors across local, regional, and international markets. This role is critical in supporting Tanmia s asset management expansion, fund launches, and capital-raising initiatives. The role will also contribute to market intelligence gathering, investor communication, and product development feedback to ensure Tanmia s offerings remain competitive and aligned with investor expectations.

Experience / Knowledge :

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in investor relations, private equity, asset management, wealth management or investment banking.
  • Prior experience in capital raising, investor onboarding, or fund marketing is strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to institutional investors in the GCC and international markets is an advantage.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • A postgraduate qualification (MBA, CFA, CAIA, etc.) is a plus.
