Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Maintain Stock Level Record throughout the year and prepare record for Parts/Tyre/Lubricants/Gas Incoming and Outgoing. 
• Reorder Level Preparation and Stock Inventory Control
• Register work order, raise job cards and enter work order in ERP.
• Assist on all parts of purchasing activities and negotiate best price in the market and achieve cheaper price
• Stores management as required for the workshop operations. 
• Build and maintain relationship with external and internal customers
• Invoice Checking and Submission to account Section for Payment
• Coordinate with Accounts Team and Enquire about Vendor payment.
• Monthly Workshop Costing sheet Preparation
• Monthly Tyre, Lubricant Stock issue submission.
• Handle enquiries and negotiate for competitive prices.
• Other responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time
• Delivery Order Copy submission with pricing List to Simfoni for LPO creation.
• Preparing Viteese Request and follow with Procurement Team
• Look for opportunities to repair to use instead purchasing new parts
• Supervise vehicle repair activities whenever as required to release the vehicles for on road operations. 17Any of the work related to workshop advised by the management as per the requirement.
