Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in the development and periodic refresh of Aldar s group-wide digital strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and federated governance principles.

Support the formulation of digital objectives, initiatives, and performance metrics, ensuring business and technology alignment across entities.

Contribute to the development of the annual IT budget, monitor expenditures, and highlight variances with corrective recommendations.

Assist in the development and implementation of digital governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in alignment with Aldar Group standards.

Support in organizing governance forums, monitoring IT compliance, and preparing materials for steering committees and executive reporting.

Research and support development of EA methodologies and frameworks to promote platform interoperability and cohesive IT ecosystems across Aldar entities.

Assist in managing IT commercial contracts, license agreements, and vendor relationships across group entities.

Track IT service level agreements (SLAs), monitor vendor performance, ensure compliance with enterprise standards, and recommend service improvement initiatives.

Contribute to the design and evolution of Aldar s digitization framework covering ideation to realization stages across entities.

Support in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies; assist in preparing business cases that assess feasibility, benefits, and implementation costs.

Support change management, communication, and engagement efforts to enhance alignment on digital initiatives.

RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Min of 4+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, governance, or related areas.

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Great understanding of policies, procedures & work methods
  • Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organization skills

Desired Candidate Profile

Min of 4+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, governance, or related areas.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Exposure to enterprise IT environments and familiarity with frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, or similar is an advantage.
