Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Associate Strategy and Operations to support strategic planning and operational efficiency in a fast-growing fintech and mobile money environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to shaping growth strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless execution across key business initiatives. Youll work cross-functionally with product, finance, partnerships, and technology teams to support decision-making, scale operations, and drive impact in digital financial services.


Work Location : Dubai (Travel to West Africa 8-10 months)

Relocation : Yes( support given)

Year of Exp : Relevant years 1 - 2 years


Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in formulating business strategies based on market research, competitor analysis, and internal performance metrics.
  • Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.
  • Support expansion efforts into new markets and partnerships, including regulatory, market, and risk assessments.
  • Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and make datadriven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to streamline onboarding, payments, and transaction flows.
  • Conduct feasibility and impact analysis for new mobile money features, services, and innovations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support project management activities and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.



Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
  • 1-2 years of experience working in the FinTech industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data from financial systems and present findings in a clear and actionable format.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and analysis to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of business principles, strategy frameworks, and market analysis, particularly in the context of financial technology.
