Main Responsibilities

Shareholder & Financial:

Support the delivery and maintenance of Procurement KPI dashboards in alignment with the VP, Supplier Relationship Management & Procurement Performance.
Provide insights and support best practice implementation based on KPI analysis, collaborating with the Procurement Performance Manager.
Promote cost awareness, operational efficiency, and productivity improvements to minimize costs, reduce waste, and optimize benefits for the bank.
Act within delegated authority limits, ensuring compliance and accountability.

Customer (Internal & External):

Assist internal stakeholders with procurement requests and activities, providing solutions and guidance.
Prepare and support performance business reviews, KPI reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for quarterly reviews, team meetings, and other forums.
Support the Supplier Performance Manager in managing activities related to SLAs, ensuring timely service delivery, risk mitigation, and SLA compliance.
Review stakeholder SLAs, identify potential risks, and ensure SLAs are favorable and aligned with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with teams to identify performance trends, address poor supplier performance, and improve supplier capabilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant departments to support the Group s procurement objectives.

Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory):

Support the production of procurement dashboards and KPI reporting, working with relevant departments to gather and analyze data.
Monitor supplier performance, communicate risks, and work with business owners to develop improvement plans.
Consolidate qualitative and quantitative feedback for continuous performance improvement.
Assist in defining procurement action plans, tracking their implementation, and monitoring KPI trends over time.

Learning & Knowledge:

Rapidly acquire knowledge related to procurement best practices, category-specific technical specifications, and operational insights.
Identify personal development opportunities and undertake relevant training to stay current in procurement trends and practices.

Legal, Regulatory, and Risk Framework Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to Group Procurement Policies, Procedures, and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements (AML, sanctions, data protection, etc.).
Understand and apply the Three Lines of Defence model for risk management, reporting, and mitigation.
Support the operational risk management framework including RCSA, KRIs, incident reporting, and remediation activities.
Complete mandatory training and seminars to maintain qualification and compliance standards.

Other Responsibilities:

Maintain high standards of data protection and confidentiality, safeguarding sensitive information.
Uphold professional standards to strengthen QNB s reputation and market position.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor s degree in related field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or similar).
Professional accreditation related to procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
Experience in procurement, supply chain, or contract management is desirable.
Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI is preferred.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
