Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Assistant Sales Manager to support our business growth in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling technology solutions and a passion for helping organizations transform their operations through automation and digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

  • Promote Athena's AI Enabled Document Management, Intelligent Capture, ECM, ERP, and E-Invoicing solutions.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and requirement gathering sessions.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and government customers.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial submissions.

  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to develop customer solutions.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, Digital Transformation, ECM, ERP, DMS, or related technology solutions.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to engage with decision-makers and senior management.

  • Knowledge of AI, Automation, Document Management, or ERP solutions will be an advantage.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.

  • UAE Driving License preferred.

  • Own vehicle will be an added advantage.
