Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for all fabrication activities using project management software (e.g., Primavera).
- Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align project objectives and strategies.
- Track and analyze project progress, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Estimate resources, manpower, and materials required for each phase of the project.
- Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Support the project team with daily updates on schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Participate in site visits to monitor progress and resolve scheduling issues.
