ATC Engineer ALSTOM

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our mainline signaling systems by performing warranty and maintenance daily activities (preventive and corrective) at Cairo Metro. Day-to-day, you ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Operations, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain), interface with clients to respond to corrective maintenance requests, record all failure incidents and report on a weekly basis, and manage the repair of defective system parts through Alstom's standard repair process, and much more.

You ll specifically take care of managing the repair process of defective system parts but also addressing emergency failures to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Job Responisibilites.

• Perform system testing, integration, validation, and commissioning activities.
• Support system upgrades, software updates, and configuration changes.
• Establish, update, and maintain maintenance manuals and technical drawings.
• Manage the repair process of defective ATC system parts in accordance with Alstom standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency failures to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Record all failure incidents and compile comprehensive weekly reports.
• Investigate and analyze equipment failure trends and condition monitoring to improve maintenance performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts based on operational needs
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to operational incidents
• Flexibility and mobility, with availability for short- or long-term missions in different locations and countries
• Valid driving license
