Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting visitors promptly and courteously, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including common areas and restrooms, to promote a hygienic environment.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings, ensuring all materials and equipment are in place and functioning.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and materials, reporting any shortages or issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve minor issues, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Perform routine safety checks, ensuring that emergency exits and equipment are accessible and operational.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service or hospitality preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, showcasing hands-on expertise.
  • Certification in first aid or CPR is a plus, adding value to the safety aspect of the role.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly regarded, especially those fluent in English and another language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on patience and empathy, essential for guest interactions.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds as needed.
