Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated AV Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, installing, and maintaining audio-visual systems across a variety of environments including corporate, hospitality, education, and government facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design AV solutions based on client requirements and project scope.
• Install and commission AV systems (cabling, mounting, configuring devices).
• Program and configure control systems and DSPs.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of AV systems.
• Interface with clients, project managers, and IT/networking teams.
• Prepare documentation: schematics, wiring diagrams, as-built drawings, test reports.
• Stay current on AV technologies and best practices.

Required Technical Skills

• AV system design (schematics, signal flow)
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or Visio for system layouts
• Familiarity with Crestron/AMX/Extron control systems
• Experience with DSP programming (e.g., Biamp, QSC, BSS)
• Understanding of AV-over-IP, HDMI, HDBaseT, Dante, etc.
• Basic networking knowledge (switching, VLANs, IP addressing)
• Hands-on experience with video conferencing systems
