Roles & Responsibilities

An audiologist''''''''''''''''s responsibilities include treating
patients who are physically and developmentally impaired, consulting with other
medical staff to determine the appropriate treatments, and performing tests on
patients.

Candidate Profile
Responsibilities

  • Taking patient history, perform basic hearing
    assessment including otoscopic examination, PTA, tympanometry and OAE.
  • Counsel patients to discuss hearing loss concerns and candidacy for
    personal amplification devices, hearing aids, and wireless accessories.
  • Fitting and selling hearing aids, and
    wireless accessories.
  • Train patient to use hearing aids or other
    wireless accessories.
  • Fine tuning and re-fitting hearing aids when
    required, and troubleshooting.
  • Taking ear impressions, and fitted HA (hearing aids) devices, and
    adjusting and programming for comfort and optimal functionality.
  • and maintain customer files manually and
    in NOAH Data base.
  • Record all sales sessions and repair on file.
  • Stay up-to-date on Hearing Aids and audiology
    and its new products.
  • Represent the company in local and
    international events, seminars and exhibitions.
  • Participate in social media awareness and
    screening campaigns in different institutions and entities.

Qualification

  • Bachelor s Degree in Audiology.
  • At least 1+ years experience or fresh graduate.

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Selling Skills.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Team Player.
