Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Audiologist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat hearing and balance disorders, providing personalized care to patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic tests.
Evaluate balance and vestibular functions.
Recommend and fit hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing health.
Develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with ENT specialists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in audiology and hearing technology.
Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Audiology (BSc Audiology) or equivalent; a Master s or AuD preferred.
Valid license or registration with relevant health authorities/regulatory bodies.
Proven experience in clinical audiology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
