Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing audits under the supervision of senior auditors.
  • Review and verify financial records, reports, and statements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the preparation of audit working papers and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to auditing standards and firm methodologies.
  • Participate in stock counts, internal control assessments, and substantive testing.
  • Communicate audit findings and assist in preparing management letters.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in auditing or accounting (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals may also apply).
  • Working knowledge of IFRS and auditing principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or Tally preferred).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Pursuing or holding ACCA/CA/CPA qualification will be an added advantage.
