Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments
- Evaluate financial, operational, and regulatory processes
- Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare audit reports, findings, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government regulations
- Support implementation of governance and risk management frameworks
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders during audit activities
- Monitor follow-up actions and remediation plans

- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to handle multiple audit assignments
- Excellent stakeholder coordination skills
- Strong report writing and presentation abilities
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification preferred (CIA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of audit methodologies, compliance, and internal controls
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit tools
Mandatory Requirements
- Local experience is mandatory
- Government sector exposure is required
- Arabic Speaker is mandatory
- Professional certification is preferred/required
Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in audit, compliance, risk management, or related functions
- Experience in government, semi-government, or regulated sectors preferred
