Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented CRM-PMD Coordinator to join our Audit & Assurance team.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting data analysis and managing the portfolio management database. You will work closely with both local and international teams, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our client and portfolio data processes and you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

  • Conduct data analysis and reporting
  • Manage and maintain portfolio management databases
  • Support CRM activities and client data initiatives
  • Collaborate effectively across teams, including remote coordination with colleagues abroad
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of data

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English

  • Strong MS Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and across time zones
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
