Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Lead and oversee external audit engagements from planning to completion.
  • Ensure audits are conducted in compliance with IFRS, ISA, and firm standards.
  • Review financial statements, audit reports, and management letters.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members.
  • Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement.
  • Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to partners and clients.
  • Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficiency.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and participating in proposal preparation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 8 years of external audit experience, including experience with a Big 4 firm.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
