Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct regular audits of internal processes and transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance procedures across all e-payment services.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend actionable solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control measures and best practices.
  • Ensure all documentation and records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Assist in the development and updating of audit and quality assurance protocols.
  • Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective resolution of identified issues.
  • Support training initiatives to promote a culture of quality and compliance within the organization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks relevant to e-payment and fintech operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
