Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Quality function, you are responsible for managing the quality performance of suppliers and securing industrial projects in a demanding environment.
Your mission
- You conduct supplier quality audits (processes, products, systems) according to IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 standards .
- You evaluate performance, identify supply chain risks, implement and monitor corrective action plans (8D, QRQC).
- You manage supplier quality crises in coordination with internal (Production, R&D, Purchasing) and external teams.
- You contribute to supplier development and the industrialization of new projects ( APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC ).
Your profile
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in quality, auditing, industrial engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience of 6-8 years in supplier quality within the automotive sector
- Good mastery of quality standards and tools (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, QRQC, SPC)
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and the supply chain
- Ability to manage supplier quality crises and lead action plans
- Rigour, analytical mind, good communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in French and English
