Job Description JOB PURPOSEImplementing audit and evaluation operations according to approved plans, in addition to working on receivedassignments and directives and collecting and analyzing information related to Corporate Monitoring workKEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES Participate in preparing and reviewing draft reports - complete or partial - to ensure that standards and professionalism are met Collect and analyze data related to the subject of audit and evaluation from the relevant department, policies,processes and documents Possibility of participating in other audits as directed by management Review the results of the audit and evaluation and participate in preparing reports and submitting them to the section manager Receiving reports from communication channels and verifying their accuracy Participate in reviewing departmental responses, participate in discussions when necessary, and update the final report Perform any other tasks and responsibilities related to the job as assigned Prepare a draft of the results of work on assignments, analyze the reports received, and discuss them with the department director Participate in implementing office and field audit and evaluation plans in accordance with directives, work priorities, and applicable policies and procedures Communicate with relevant departments and coordinate for audit and evaluation procedures Participate in proposing, designing and developing programs and technologies that contribute to complete the work with the required accuracy and effectiveness Analyze fraud and corruption risks and evaluate response plans in coordination with concernedQualifications CRITICAL COMPETENCIES Behavioral CompetenciesEvoking and transmitting positive energy Excellence in Execution Community Service and Responding to Customer Needs Creativity and Innovation Technical Competencies Internal audit standards Anti-fraud and corruption practices KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEEducation Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting/Information Technology from a recognized universitySkills Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes Computer-literate performers with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications Good knowledge of statistical methods and their applications Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects Proven ability to develop quality standards, testing procedures, inspection-reporting formats, and ability to conceptualize tasks and accomplish themJob CategoryAuditAdvertiserRoads and Transport AuthorityDepartmentSecurity & MonitoringEducational-levelBachelorRequired NationalityAll Nationalities (Priority for UAE National)Monthly SalaryUnspecifiedSchedule-TimeFull timeJob Posting23/09/2025Unposting Date23/10/2025
