Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough audits of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports that communicate findings, recommendations, and potential impacts to management and stakeholders.
  • Perform risk assessments to identify areas of concern and prioritize audit efforts based on potential financial impact.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) are an advantage.

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in auditing, preferably in public accounting or a similar industry with at least 3 years specializing in ICV (In-Country Value) certification.

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other regulatory frameworks pertinent to the industry.

  • Proficiency in audit software and tools, with a solid understanding of data analytics methodologies.
