Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
-
Plan and execute internal and external audit assignments in accordance with professional standards (IFRS).
-
Review financial records, reports, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance.

Evaluate internal controls and identify areas of risk or inefficiency.
-
Prepare audit findings, reports, and recommendations for management.
-
Assist in the development and implementation of audit plans and programs.
-
Liaise with clients or internal departments to gather information and resolve audit issues.
-
Stay up to date with changes in regulatory and financial reporting requirements in Kuwait.

Support tax audits and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations (ex. VAT or Zakat if applicable).

Participate in fraud investigations or special reviews when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or MBA.

Experience in banking, healthcare or manufacturing industries.
