Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Audit inventory management processes at different sites (reception, storage, distribution, inventory)
  • Check consistency between physical and computer stocks (discrepancies, losses, shortages)
  • Carry out rotating and/or surprise inventories
  • Identify malfunctions in the supply chain and propose corrective actions
  • develop detailed audit reports and performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards
  • Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel (TCD, macros, analysis).
  • Ability to analyze quantitative data.
  • Knowledge of logistics, supply chain and internal control.
  • Autonomy, rigor, objectivity and attention to detail.
