Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed 2D and 3D designs for interior fit-out projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Create comprehensive technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed shop drawings for manufacturing and installation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to understand design requirements and translate them into technical drawings.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for design development and ensure design feasibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications in AutoCAD and/or other 3D modeling software.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out design within the contracting industry.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing for interior projects.
