Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Prepare detailed façade shop drawings and fabrication drawings for aluminum, glazing, ACP, and other façade systems.

  2. Develop high‑quality 3D models, façade mockups, and BIM visuals using Revit or equivalent software.

  3. Draft façade components with accuracy and ensure all drawings meet project specifications and industry standards.

  4. Update drawings and 3D models based on design changes, engineering comments, and site feedback.

  5. Coordinate with design, engineering, production, and QC teams to ensure accuracy of drawings and models.

  6. Support the preparation of BOQs, material lists, and technical submittals.

  7. Assist in façade visualization, detailing, and model refinement for project presentations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).

  2. Experience in Revit / 3D modeling software (Preferred).

  3. Sound understanding of façade systems aluminium profiles, glass assemblies, ACP, brackets, fixings, etc.

  4. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.

  5. Strong detailing, visualization, and drafting precision.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting.

    Experience

    • Façade Drafting: 3–6 years

    • 3D Designer / BIM: 2–5 years

    • GCC experience preferred

    • Façade industry experience is mandatory

    Soft Skills

    • Strong communication and coordination skills.

    • Attention to detail and accuracy in drawings and models.

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet project timelines.
