Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle damage accurately using specialized tools and techniques, creating detailed repair plans.
- Perform precise paintless dent removal (PDR) on various vehicle panels, restoring the original factory finish.
- Utilize advanced techniques to repair hail damage, ensuring panels are flawlessly restored without repainting.
- Operate and maintain PDR tools and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required to start your journey.
- Completion of a recognized auto body repair or PDR training program is highly advantageous.
- Certification in PDR techniques, such as those offered by Vale or other industry leaders, is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in paintless dent removal is expected to showcase your skills.
