Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle damage and determine the best repair methods, ensuring accuracy in estimation and approach.
- Utilize specialized tools and techniques to remove dents without damaging the vehicle's paint, emphasizing precision.
- Collaborate closely with body shop technicians to integrate dent repair processes into broader vehicle restoration efforts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, reflecting professionalism and enhancing workflow efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, with specialized training in automotive body repair preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in auto dent repair or related automotive services.
- Certification from recognized automotive repair programs, showcasing professional credibility.
- Proficient understanding of various dent repair techniques, including PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) and traditional methods.
