Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform precise dent repair using techniques such as PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) to restore vehicle appearance.
- Evaluate damage and determine the best repair method to ensure optimal results and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to effectively remove dents without compromising the vehicle's paint.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are in good condition.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in auto body repair is preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in dent repair or related automotive services.
- Certifications in PDR or other specific dent repair techniques are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced automotive environment, demonstrating efficiency and quality workmanship.
