Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Inspect vehicles to assess the extent of damage and determine appropriate repair techniques.
  • Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform dent removal procedures, ensuring minimal impact on the vehicle's original finish.
  • Conduct paintless dent repair (PDR) by manipulating metal surfaces to restore their shape without the need for repainting.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and staff to develop repair strategies and timelines that optimize workflow.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in auto body repair preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in dent repair or related automotive services.
  • Certification in paintless dent repair (PDR) from a recognized institution is a significant advantage.
  • Experience working in fast-paced automotive shops or dealerships, demonstrating adaptability to changing work demands.
