Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensures quality denting, welding and fabrication is done on the vehicles.
Remove and replace vehicle body panels, panel sections and ancillary fittings.
Use and maintain workplace tools and Equipment's.
Repair body panels and minor structural damage.
Replace major welded panels.
Follow foreman’s instructions as to which parts to restore or replace and how much time the job should take.
Chain or clamp frames and sections to alignment machines that use hydraulic pressure to align damaged components.
Carry out repairs for metal corrosion on the structural panel.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring every repair meets high-quality standards and customer expectations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, fostering collaboration within the shop.
- Familiarity with automotive repair software for documentation and customer management.
