Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Repair vehicle body damage in line with distributor and workshop standards
- Realign car chassis and frames to correct structural issues
- Perform dent removal, hammering, and panel reshaping
- Weld, attach, and fit body parts accurately
- File, grind, sand, and smooth repaired surfaces for painting
- Follow technical specifications and obtain required data from the body shop
- Diagnose issues accurately and suggest proper repair procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of tools, equipment, and work areas
- Support team members to ensure smooth workshop operations
Skills Set
- Auto denting and body panel repair
- Chassis and frame realignment
- Welding assistance and component fitting
- Surface preparation: filing, sanding, grinding
- Vehicle structural repair
- Technical specifications adherence
- Problem solving and mechanical aptitude

Desired Candidate Profile
SSC, trade certificate, or vocational training required
Strong understanding of denting techniques and body repair methods
Knowledge of arc and gas welding is an advantage
Ability to diagnose structural and surface-related issues accurately
Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving skills
Basic written and spoken English
Experience in auto body repair at mid level preferred
