Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Auto Electrician is responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in aircraft refueling vehicles and heavy industrial equipment.
Role Responsibilities:
Installation and maintenance: Install new wiring systems, electrical components like lights and gauges, and perform routine maintenance on batteries, alternators, and starter motors.
Diagnostics and repair: Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic faults using diagnostic tools and interpreting technical diagrams.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair a variety of electrical issues, including those related to engine ECM, lighting, and other vehicle-specific systems.
Safety and compliance: Adhere to all health and safety standards, ensuring work complies with industry regulations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualifications:
Vocational diploma or certification in Auto Electrical or related field
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years proven experience as an auto electrician, with specialization in industrial or heavy equipment (aircraft refueling vehicles preferred)

Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset, ability to work in a team, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of modern electrical systems in vehicles and heavy machinery.
Proficiency in using electrical diagnostic tools and equipment.
Ability to interpret and work from technical diagrams and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills for complex electrical issues.
