Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • repare vehicles and parts for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming

  • Perform proper cleaning and surface preparation to prevent contamination

  • Ensure all surfaces are correctly prepared and masked before paint application

  • Carry out color matching and paint blending for refinish and repair work

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times

  • Follow all safety, HSE, and environmental guidelines strictly

  • Execute additional duties as assigned by Management based on operational requirements


Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Experience in painting trucks and commercial vehicles (PSV, LCV, MDV, HDV)

  • Strong knowledge of surface preparation, masking, priming, and finishing techniques

  • Ability to match colors and perform blending for professional finishes

  • Awareness of safety standards and workshop best practices

Immediate joiners highly preferred
