Experience: Minimum 5 years GCC experience
Salary Range: 200 KWD – 350 KWD (based on experience and skill level)

Responsibilities:

• Perform full automotive painting, including preparation, priming, color matching, and finishing.
• Inspect vehicle surfaces to identify damages, rust, or imperfections before painting.
• Mix and match paint colors accurately according to manufacturer standards.
• Apply paint using spray guns and other professional painting tools.
• Conduct sanding, masking, and surface preparation to ensure high-quality results.
• Ensure all painted surfaces meet company quality standards and customer expectations.
• Work with the body shop team to coordinate repairs and painting schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the painting area.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workshop.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years proven experience in the GCC as an auto painter.
• Strong knowledge of automotive paint systems, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to perform both small touch-ups and full body repainting.
• Good teamwork, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
