Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, wholesalers, and

retailers in Sudan and other African markets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads to achieve revenue targets.

  • Assist walk-in, phone, and online customers—both retail and wholesale

  • Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order processing.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

  • Conduct regular customer visits and business development trips across assigned markets.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in auto spare parts sales, preferably in Sudan and African

markets.

  • Strong knowledge of Korean vehicle spare parts.

  • Existing customer network and market knowledge in Sudan is highly preferred.

  • Experience in export sales and international trade procedures will be an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within Africa and the Middle East.

  • Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

  • Familiarity with automotive parts catalogues, OEM references, and aftermarket brands
