Technical Drawing Production

• Prepare comprehensive 2D technical drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details

• Develop reflected ceiling plans (RCP) with lighting layouts and ceiling details

• Create detailed furniture layouts and space planning drawings with accurate dimensions

• Produce joinery and millwork shop drawings with construction details

• Prepare partition and door schedules with complete specifications

• Develop detailed sections and construction details for custom elements

• Create as-built drawings based on site surveys and measurements

• Produce material specifications and finish schedules

GFC & Construction Documentation

• Develop complete GFC (Good For Construction) drawing packages for approval submissions

• Prepare construction drawings with accurate dimensions, annotations, and notes

• Create electrical and lighting layouts showing power outlets, switches, and fixture locations

• Develop plumbing layouts for kitchens, bathrooms, and wet areas

• Prepare HVAC coordination drawings showing diffuser and return air locations

• Include all necessary legends, symbols, and technical specifications on drawings

• Maintain drawing title blocks, revision clouds, and version control

• Ensure all drawings meet printing and plotting standards

Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and structural engineers on technical requirements

• Ensure all drawings comply with Dubai Municipality (DM) standards and requirements

• Adhere to Trakhees, Dubai Civil Defense, DEWA, and other regulatory authority standards

• Follow master developer guidelines (Emaar, Nakheel, Dubai Silicon Oasis, etc.)

• Incorporate consultant comments and markup revisions accurately

• Coordinate drawing packages for various approval authorities

• Attend coordination meetings with consultants and contractors when required

• Review and understand architectural and MEP drawings for proper coordination

Site Support & Quality Control

• Conduct site visits to take measurements and verify existing conditions

• Prepare site measurement sketches and as-built documentation

• Support site teams with clarification drawings and RFI responses

• Review shop drawings submitted by contractors and vendors

• Perform quality checks on all drawings before submission

• Check for drawing accuracy, consistency, and completeness

• Verify dimensions, scales, and annotations across all sheets

• Identify and resolve drawing conflicts or coordination issues

Project Management & Documentation

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

• Maintain organized filing systems for all project drawings

• Track drawing revisions and maintain revision logs

• Coordinate with interior designers and project managers on drawing requirements

• Assist in preparing presentation drawings for client meetings

• Archive and maintain digital libraries of standard details and symbols

• Collaborate with the design team to resolve technical issues

• Prepare drawing transmittals and submission documents
