Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed GA, Schematic & SLD drawings using AutoCAD and related CAD software.
- Develop detailed technical drawings.
- Work with engineers to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback or design changes.
- Ensure drawings follow industry standards, codes, and company drafting guidelines.
- Produce as-built drawings after completion of production/modification of the panels.
- Maintain drawing records, documentation, and version control.
- Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and material lists based on the drawing.
Desired Candidate Profile
The AutoCAD Draftsman is responsible for creating technical drawings using AutoCAD software. The role involves working closely with engineers and project managers to prepare detailed drawings required for PANEL manufacturing, or CONTROL PANEL LOGIC design. The draftsman ensures drawings comply with Panel Type Test design, Authority & Industry standards, project specifications, and quality guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- ITI, Diploma or degree in electrical engineering field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
