Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative facade designs that enhance building aesthetics while ensuring sustainability and energy efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough material research and analysis to select appropriate facade materials that meet project requirements and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to integrate facade designs seamlessly into overall building plans.
  • Utilize advanced CAD software to create detailed design drawings, ensuring accuracy and clarity for construction teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field is essential for a deep understanding of design principles.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience, focusing on facade design and implementation in commercial or residential projects.
  • Proficient in advanced design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and other BIM tools to create efficient and accurate designs.
  • Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations related to facade construction and energy efficiency is crucial.
