Role & responsibilities

• Must be able to read, understand, and process fabrication drawings
• Good understanding of production flow in sheet metal fabrication
• Knowledge of laser cutting, punching, bending, welding, and assembly processes
• Should be capable of supervising shopfloor workers and production activities
• Must be able to coordinate work between drawings, fabrication, and production
• Should have good communication skills and practical problem-solving ability
• Must be willing to work overtime when required
• Candidate should be responsible, organized, and able to handle shopfloor supervision

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 5-6 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication

Good knowledge of AutoCAD
