Roles & Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Win the confidence of our customers through the successful delivery of discovery, analysis and design workshops that shape and influence the customer s architecture design decisions to align with the Red Hat solution.

  • Lead consulting teams through successful customer pilot and production deployments, workload onboarding and ongoing lifecycle management

  • Work closely with product business units, product engineering, consulting, support, and sales to ensure a world-class customer experience with Red Hat s products.

  • Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools designed to scale Red Hat s services capabilities, promote repeatable customer engagements, and lower delivery risk.

What you will bring:

  • Prior experience working in a consulting and architecture roles

  • Good customer-facing skills; ability to present to customers and lead customer interactions

  • Excellent knowledge of automation technologies both at the hands-on delivery and architecture levels

  • Experience implementing automation technologies in an enterprise setting and with enterprise-wide deployments

  • Knowledge of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform and Red Hat s infrastructure solutions like Red Hat OpenShift and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

  • Willingness to travel across the region

  • Experience onboarding applications and application teams onto cloud or container platforms introducing DevOps, continuous delivery (CD) and application lifecycle management

  • Excellent written and verbal language skills in English

  • Willingness to travel up to 100%

  • Red Hat Certifications are considered a plus

The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for a Cloud Architect with strong Ansible and Ansible Application Platform experience to join us in our Riyadh s Office, KSA. In this role, you will work as a subject-matter expert in Red Hat s automation technology. You'll answer questions about best practices around automation, reliability, scalability, maintainability, high availability, and failover setups and lead the on-site delivery and implementation of Red Hat s technology that delivers freedom, flexibility, and outstanding performance. You will gain an understanding of our customers' infrastructures, and business issues and you will make recommendations appropriate to their environments.
