Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead automation and design teams across all project execution phases.
  • Develop and manage project work plans and timelines.
  • Assign tasks and supervise team performance to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Review and approve technical drawings and project submittals before manufacturing.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members, including support in coding and programming.
  • Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle and address any issues.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Control project costs and follow up on invoicing processes.
  • Support estimation activities by recommending suitable technical solutions.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management within the role scope.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in automation or control systems.
  • Strong knowledge of control systems and project execution processes.
  • Good understanding of IT systems and networking.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and writing.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
