Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Reduce the meantime of repair (MTTR) in the production lines,
2. Analyze and report any anomalies, with the possibility of completing notifications M1, M2, and M3 in the PM (SAP) system and confirm orders;
3. Carry out the inspection or predictive route, when planned and requested by the planner;
4. Develop, along with the supervisor and the Maintenance Engineering department, tools to speed up the Maintenance services;
5. Comply with the Kanban planning, updating it according to the standard;
6. To perform routine diagnostic checks on automated systems, monitor automated systems, isolate problems, and perform repairs.
7. Basic Program, test and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, Industrial Control systems.
8. Be able to apply automation skills along with related knowledge in electrical, electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, Hydraulic issue, and the ability to upload and download programs, troubleshoot basic circuit and programs in control systems, Inverters, drives, and Scada.
9. Ensure, create, and maintain all technical documentation.
10. Prepare in-house training documents; reports, for electrical teams, etc.
11. Supports electrical repair, troubleshooting, and operation of HV and LV equipment s.,
12. Create and maintain backup of programs, controllers, drives, etc.
13. Follow Root cause analysis and maintain the history of failures.
Desired Candidate Profile
2 3 year Diploma in Automation Technology / Electrical Engineering or any related areas.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Industrial Automation field in Food / FMCG / Pharmaceutical industry
